Leaders are called to heighten the levels of motivation and morality among their colleagues. Using the LEAD model developed with Leadership Vancouver – i.e. LEAD = Listening and Learning, Engaging and Encouraging, Appreciating and Aligning, and Doing and Delighting – participants will experience a blend of great music, provocative ideas and stimulating conversation, all focused on how they can tap deeply into their spirits and create great leadership swing.

"I want to provoke you to make the most of your unique brilliance, whether it’s you as an individual or your entire team or organization. I do that in the spirit and flow of jazz." – Brian Fraser
